Chef Brandon has lived in the Carson Valley for 15 years and will continue to honor the spirit of Z Bistro as the new Owner/Chef. The restaurant serves fresh French-inspired, globally-Influenced cuisine, and is known as a friendly and welcoming restaurant where everyone knows your name.
